Junior Facilitator
All staff are DBS checked and recruited with the Safer Recruiting Process. Staff are trained in Safeguarding, First Aid, H&S and what it means to be a Facilitator in a self directed education setting. Staff are trauma informed and Neuro-affirming.
Essie is a certified coach, with 15+ years of working with vulnerable houseless young people as a Senior Manager. Essie is also a qualified Childminder and has a breadth of experience when it comes to trauma, neurodivergence and supporting families in crisis due to institutional trauma and ND.
Richie is a Musician, skate coach, artist and music teacher with 20 years experience of supporting children and young people.
Izzie is our Junior ALF, a keen surfer and artist, passionate about supporting young people. Izzie is naturally amazing at connecting with young people who are quiet and find social groups challenging.
